Ms. Swift exemplifies a broad knowledge base, keen sense of accuracy and an unwavering attention to detail in her multifaceted role. She collaborates closely with Towneley President, Tracy Kuntz, to assist with the creation and administration of the company’s various marketing endeavors. Ms. Swift uses her unique skills to enhance company processes and procedures, spearheads client campaigns, and client concierge while overseeing operations and human resources. Her role encompasses harmonizing with the entire Towneley team to optimize workflow, systems, expenditures, and regulatory compliance. She joined Towneley in 2017.

Mrs. Swift earned her B.S. in marketing from the University of Phoenix.

Away from work, Shannon enjoys spending quality time with her husband and toddler twins. She also loves to be active outdoors and can usually be found hiking on the weekend.
